Complex Inconel casting, nailed it first try
We had a turbine housing that three other foundries turned down. Texas IC quoted it, poured samples in 8 weeks, and hit every dimension. Their metallurgy team really knows nickel alloys.

Good quality, tooling lead time was long
Parts are excellent but the initial tooling took 14 weeks. Once the tool was done, production castings shipped in 4 weeks consistently.
